Service Desk Analyst

Job Description:

A company is looking for a remote 3rd shift Service Desk Level I Analyst.



Key Responsibilities

Provide end-user technical support for hardware and systems, including troubleshooting and tuning
Respond to network and server alerts to ensure maximum uptime of devices
Administer and support VPN clients and Office 365 applications


Required Qualifications

Experience with Windows 10 troubleshooting
Basic understanding of SharePoint
Familiarity with supporting multi-function printers remotely
Experience using ticketing software such as ServiceNow, Cherwell, or Remedy
Knowledge of ITIL or similar service management frameworks is a plus
