Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to provide
front-line IT support and ensure efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Provide front-line diagnosis and support for IT problems and
service requests
Document all reported issues within the ITSM platform and ensure
adherence to service level agreements
Install and configure software, and provide training to end users
as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Prior experience in a technical role on a service desk or similar
customer service position
Bachelor's Degree or technical school certification preferred
SQL experience is preferred
Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office
Programs
Ability to analyze data to identify trends and improve
processes
