Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Lead, Services.
Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze supply funnel metrics to identify and prioritize
bottlenecks
Collaborate with supply teams on ongoing initiatives and enhance
the onboarding process
Prepare and present data-driven insights and suggestions to
executive leadership
Required Qualifications
10+ years in operations management, preferably in large-scale
supply chains or service networks
Strong understanding of onboarding processes and experience in
optimizing them
Experience in utilizing data analytics for decision-making and
strategy development
Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and
influence leadership decisions
Knowledge about or experience with the Airbnb platform is a
plus
