Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Product Growth to drive
strategy and execution across the Growth product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and drive the Growth vision across acquisition, activation,
adoption, monetization, and retention
Define portfolio metrics and ensure KPI reporting and transparency
within the organization
Lead the Growth product pod in problem identification, initiative
development, and measuring project impacts
Qualifications and Skills
10+ years of experience building a growth engine for self-service
SaaS offerings
Well-versed in Product Lead Growth (PLG) strategies and
optimization
Prior experience leading a product team
Strong experience with pricing and packaging
Validated results in growth strategy implementation and strategic
planning
