Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Performance Case Assistant VA
to join their Immigration team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee cases using case management and billing systems to meet
deadlines
Make regular updates to the case management system, including
client information and communications
Assist attorneys and team members in managing caseloads and
completing daily assignments
Required Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience with performance improvement
plans
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Knowledge of Family-Based Petitions, Humanitarian, Citizenship, and
other USCIS applications
Experience with case management software, such as Clio and
Airtable, preferred
