Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP of Corporate Development to drive
strategic investments and acquisitions in the blockchain, finance,
and technology sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with leadership to identify and execute growth
opportunities through partnerships, investments, and
acquisitions
Lead diligence processes for potential target companies and assess
the competitive landscape
Manage relationships with investors and advisors to align with the
company's strategic goals
Required Qualifications
10+ years of relevant professional experience, including 3+ years
in corporate development, M&A, and VC/PE investing
3+ years of experience structuring deals in the digital assets
space
Extensive client-facing experience with executives and
investors
Deep understanding of blockchain and crypto industries,
particularly RWA tokenization
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or related
discipline; MBA preferred
