Upon the order of a qualified physician, the MRI Technologist will
utilize equipment, which utilizes high field magnetic energy to
obtain images for diagnostic purposes according to policies,
procedures, and protocols of the KSC Medical Imaging Department and
Kelsey-Seybold Clinic
Imaging services vary by location, therefore, performance of
certain MR and MRA exams may be required depending on assigned
site
The MRI Technologist will utilize the designated Radiology
Information System (RIS) to complete clerical processes and the
designated Patient Archiving System (PACS)
May be assigned to other duties, technical or non-technical if
training, experience, and credentials are deemed adequate by
supervisor to perform those duties

Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology OR
Education sufficient to meet the ACR accreditation guidelines for
an MRI Technologist
- 1+ years of experience in MRI
2+ years of experience in MRI
