Job Description:
A company is looking for a part-time Bilingual Cantonese
Telephone Interviewer to conduct telephone interviews for
healthcare compliance evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact health plan call centers to evaluate healthcare
compliance
Read questions verbatim and accurately record outcomes
Complete training and apply feedback on interviewing skills
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
Fluency in Cantonese and English
At least 6 months of telephone interviewing experience
High school diploma or GED required
Background check required
Must have a personal laptop/computer and high-speed internet
