A company is looking for a Customer Advocate - Time.



Key Responsibilities

Support customer interactions and troubleshoot urgent issues within the Perform application
Educate customers on procedures to enable self-sufficient system usage
Document and manage cases, ensuring timely responses and adherence to defined processes


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred or 4 years of equitable business experience required
1-2 years of customer support experience via phone
1-2 years of multi-channel customer service experience
Familiarity with HCM software and troubleshooting software configurations
Prior experience in a customer-facing role with HCM or Paycor is a plus
