Amerimed Pharmacy Inc is an independently and locally owned pharmacy in the state of Texas. We are currently servicing patients in Harris, Galveston, and neighboring counties. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacist to join our team at Amerimed Pharmacy Inc. As the Pharmacist In Charge, you will be responsible for overseeing all pharmacy operations and ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations. Job Expectations: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree Experience in drug information, drug interactions, and prescription dispensing Immunization certification Ability to fill prescriptions accurately and efficiently Knowledge of pharmacy operations and clinical pharmacy operations Experience in compounding medications Strong patient counseling skills Advising patients on medication use and safety Ability to collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure patient care Business planning and management skills Benefits: Holiday Pay Paid Time Off Employee discounts Additional Information: Part time position with the potential to become full time with additional benefits.
