Merchant Innovate (merchantinnovate.com) is a launchpad for Web3 projects launching several projects in 2024. The company is looking for experts to get involved in the project as equity or token holders.
The originators have been in blockchain for over 50 years, with experience in private equity ventures for seven years, and have raised over $500 million in equity and debt facilities. We are currently leveraging Web3 technologies to add dimension and depth to blockchain narratives more aligned with music, cultural, and scientific zeitgeist, leveraging AI, NFTs, and other technologies. OPPORTUNITY:
As a part-time Marketing Manager, you will have the chance to collaborate with our team of exceptional and seasoned founders, who have a strong track record in launching successful national and international tech and blockchain ventures. ROLE OVERVIEW: EXPERT MARKETING MANAGER
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for spearheading the marketing strategies and execution for Merchant Innovate's upcoming projects, ensuring they resonate well with target audiences and achieve desired engagement levels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that effectively communicate the vision and value of our projects.
• Campaign Execution and Management: Execute project marketing campaigns, ensuring they are innovative, timely, and efficiently managed across multiple channels.
• Content Development: Craft compelling content that enhances brand visibility and fosters an engaging narrative around our projects.
• Analytics and Insights: Utilize marketing analytics tools to gauge campaign success and adapt strategies as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including web developers and designers, to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing and project development.
  QUALIFICATIONS:
  
• Experienced Marketer: Proven track record with at least 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in tech or blockchain-focused industries.
• Broad Skill Set: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to develop strategic marketing plans.
• Creative and Analytical: A keen eye for creative marketing opportunities and a solid understanding of marketing analytics to drive decision-making.
• Collaborative Nature: Exceptional teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners to meet project goals.
  COMPENSATION:
  Equity Allocation: Initially, compensation will be primarily in the form of equity allocations from our upcoming projects. Following the launch, monetary compensation packages will be evaluated based on project success and individual performance. This approach aligns our team's interests with the long-term success of our initiatives.
